Imaginal Consulting was set up in 2015, and since then, we have worked with hundreds of individuals, teams and organisations to improve how they work and the services they provide.

Elizabeth started Imaginal after leaving the NHS and loves working with people to do more of what they love.

Claire is a producer, creative consultant and access advocate, she also manages a musician and works with various artists.

We work with you to improve and transform how you are working so that processes are not just safer and efficient but more elegant and beautiful too.We also provide coaching and training to help you develop your improvement approach so that you can develop a culture of continuous improvement.
